    • 1 tsp each of garam masala, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, fennel seeds.
    • few curry leaves
    • 1-2 red dry chilli
    • 2-3 cups of Canola/sunflower oil/Olive oil

Method
1. 1.Crush all the spices with a mortar and pestle. Or simply by the back of the spoon.
2. 2.Place it in a sterlised jar and Pour the Oil on top.
3. 3. Keep the Oil for 3-4 days in a cool place.
