Hey Dhivi , I thought i was innovative when i made Ajwain roti last week. Its very healthy and definetly tastes yummy...My daughter likes it a lot...this time i will try the other spices that u have added.Your website is very tempting...shit man !!! this is the 3rd time i have burnt my food...my tomatoes turned carbon by the time i browsed all varities of roties...i have to quickly redo it...its 8:00 already :( :(
OK...let me drop this last comment...ur gulab jamuns were AWESOME.....i hardly get good jamuns with ready made mix itself..god only knows what would happen if i start doing it from scratch like u....good going Dhivi.Hats OFF to ur amazing patience level. I have this silly doubt whenever i browse ur site...who will eat all these yaa..?? U bake such big loaf breads , cakes , i hope u r not putting on weight with ur own recipes..:) I guess u do mix and match of experiments and not try the same group variety until one is done...am i right ?? okies ..lots of brain eating here...sorry ...i should get going now...otherwise my daughter and husband will go cranky now !! All the best Dhivi.

Hi DK....
Spicy roti looks so good. That was a different recipe. I can imagine the aromas of spices in the roti when they are tossed. Love it...

I've only just begun to explore Indian breads. Despite the amount of Indian cooking I do, I've made very few Indian flatbreads, though I was inspired to make stuffed parathas for this fantastic event. I was impressed with the result.

Love your rotis!
