American cuisine like its culture is made up so many components – components built upon various cultures and traditions since it holds people from various ethnicity. That being said, its cuisine is also a reflection of the same.The food reflects cultural diversity and therefore has something for everybody.

With Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the elections in the coming days, US of A is sure busy ( and I don’t even have to talk about the economic crisis here), so lets be busy too cooking up some of the American delicacy. Its simple, its creative and it uses myriad of different cuisines of the world. Not much thinking involved anyways. So the rules are the same

1) Make any dish – be it Appetizer, Main Course , Snack or Dessert ( do mention that in your blog) – Vegetarian/Vegan and post the same in your blog /site and link it back to the announcement. Feel free to use the logo.

2) Multiple entries are more welcome than ever, since more the recipes, more the choices available to all of us.

3) Take a snap showcasing your creation and send it across with a size of 300 X 300 pixels.

4) Send me your “Name”, “Recipe”, “Recipe URL” and “Photo” to : i(dot)am(dot)awed(at)gmail(dot)com

5) Last date for the entries are Nov30th 2008.

6) Not having a blog is no excuse to let you get away with your tasty creations. So Non-Bloggers pls do send me the same details as above to the mail given.
