very well expalined and disrcibed recipe. i wud like ot ask whether i can use straweberry crush inabsence of fresh strawberry? please advice me. thanks

Hi Shaikh, I know I took some time to answer this, but I was trying to see if one can actually use strawberry crush for pancake recipe. I tried to find crush myself to try and experiment. But I was not able to find one. A typical crush has lots of sugar – light syrup, sugar etc – so the chances that it might turn too sweet is one case. It also contains evaporated milk and I am not sure how it will all come together. You can try one thing just to be same – make a very little pancake batter -mix a little amount of this crush to it and make the pancakes….so in case it does not taste well, you dont have to waste the other batter.

I will also experiment in the meanwhile and if I hit upon something, will surely mail you
