What can I say? Where should I start? How much would technically be “enough” to talk about this person!? One of the key people who inspire me to keep doing whatever I do at Chef In You. One of the valued people I cherish for all the motivation and encouragement I get for this site. Its always been a pleasure to talk to PJ of Seduce Your Tastebuds. Another friend who keeps insisting on reviving the famed Recipe Marathon!. In short, she is one of the people who make me so glad that I started blogging! My one small wish is to meet her little angel someday, who is one heck of a smart girl! It would be a pleasure to listen to her talk in person.
I was so happy to note that dear PJ tried out my Pavta Batata which was liked by her family. She has blogged about it here : http://seduceyourtastebuds.blogspot.com/2009/12/pavta-batata.html. Dont forget to check her version out!

This is what PJ had to say. In her own words -
“This weekend I tried your pavta batata and I have to say it was an instant hit with my family.Hubby usually plans[yea only planning] the menu for weekends but I had secretly planned this dish the night before .When it sat on the table during lunch, hubby was suprised to see this legume for he does not like it much but after he tasted it he was bowled over!I told him where this recipe came from and he was all in praise of me..As for little angel,it has both her favorite things in the dish.So no words needed!!!!
It gives me the great pleasure of satisfying the tastebuds of the two people I love!! “
Isnt she such a sweet thing?! ..And it gives me so much pleasure for being of some help in that regard. Although as I told her – anything she cooks this lovingly can only be devoured so! I know its a small word but thank you so much dear PJ for sending me this feedback.
Do you have any pictures of a successful dish made from Chef In You? Any great experience to share with rest of us? Please drop me a line and I will showcase it here
