Ingredients
  • Potatoes: 4
  • Basen: 1bowl
  • G. Chillies: 4 to 5
  • Oil: for frying
  • Ginger and garlic paste: 1tsp
  • Garam Masala: 1tsp
  • Daniya Powder: 1tsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Red Chilli powder: 1tsp
  • Onion: 1
  • Tomato sauce: 1 big Spoon
  • Chilli sauce: 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce: little
Method
1.

1. Boil and mash the potatoes

2. Add G. chilli paste, Ginger Garlic paste Garam masala, daniya powder, salt to the mashed potatoes

3. Put basin in the bowl add red chilli powder daniya powder garam masala powder, salt, water make thick paste

4. Make the balls of potatoes dip in the basen paste and deep fry till golden brown

5. In another pan put some oil add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, fried vadas, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce little salt

6. Sprinkle coriander serve hot tomato sauce
