ERB Pachadi - Eggplant, Radish and Bell pepper
Actually this recipe happened out of accident and when I was short of qty of vegetables to make any regular curries. It tasted good with rice and I thought of sharing this recipe.

  • Eggplant - small 4 qty
  • Bell Pepper - 1 small
  • Radish - I tried with red small ones - 5 - 6 qty
  • Peanuts - 1 Tbsp
  • Jeera - 1 Tsp
  • Tamarind - 1/2 inch Piece
  • Dry Chillies - 4 - 5 can be adjusted according to taste
  • Salt
  • Seasoning - 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves, Hing.

First roast Peanuts and grind it along with jeera, salt, Tamarind and Dry chillies and keep it aside.


In Tawa take 1 tsp of oil and saute diced Eggplant, Radish and Bell pepper together until raw smell wears out. Then cool it and grind it along with above peanut mix. Pachadi is ready and finally add tadka/Seasoning to it.
