made up of tamarind pulp and can be served with samose, golgappe, dahi vade etc.....

  • ingredietns:
  • imli pulp 200gm
  • sugar/jaggery 300gm
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • black salt 1/4tsp
  • salt to taste

add 2 glass of water to the pulp n cook at medium flame


then add sugar, red chilli powder, black salt and salt n mix wel


cook again on medium flame till it gets thick....
