It has a lovely texture to it and full of flavours. it tastes great on a cold winter evening and all you need with it is a loaf of whole grain bread
chop all veggies into small pieces
boil them in four cups of water till tender
blend in a blender till all ingredients are in total harmony and blended well
put the soup through a strainer
garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and coriander
soup is ready and tastes best when served hot with a swirl of butter!!!
