Bananas are cholesterol-free and low fat and so they make a very good snack for children and all. Ripe bananas also contain fiber and protein.This receipe is so simple to make and can be made at any time as bananas are available all through the year.

  • Yields: Makes around 20 gold coins of small size
Ingredients
  • Ripe bananas medium-size 4
  • Cashew nuts 20
  • Corn flour 4 table spoons
  • Butter
  • Ghee
Method
1.

Apply 2 table spoons of ghee on a pan and fry cashew nuts till they turn golden brown.

Now take half of the cashews and make them into small pieces and keep aside.Now leave the remaining half of cashews like that only.

Mash bananas into a very smooth paste.

Now to bananas paste add cashew pieces,4 table spoons corn flour and mix well.


NOTE: Still the above paste will be very smooth and sticky.But no problem.

Apply 2 table spoons of butter on frying pan.Now take a very small quantity of above paste and place it on the pan and flatten it as a gold coin.Now place a fried cashew on it.

Do as many as gold coins till pan is full.Now pour butter on top of all gold coins and close the pan with a lid.Keep pan on a very low flame.

7.

Now after 2 minutes turn all the gold coins and place the lid and let them fry for another 2 minutes on a very low flame.

8.

Now off the stove.Our yummy banana gold coins are ready to serve.These are crispy outside and soft inside.
