In a heavy bottom pan mix everything,except cream.Bring to boil by constantly stirring,cool it.
Pour in a plastic container and cover with lid.Keep in deep freezer for 4-6 hrs.Chop n beat the base for 15 minutes.
Add the fresh cream and vanilla essence and beat for 5 minutes.Keep in mind that after beating,the base will double in volumeAgain pour in two containers n keep in deep freezer for 4-5 hrs.
Diabetics can use sugar free:)
