wash carrots and peel off skin.finely grate the carrots.
In a pan add some ghee and fry the carrots till the raw smell and water goes.
Add milk and allow to boil.
once the milk has absorbed,add sugar and stir till the sugar is absorbed
finally add ghee and fried cashews.
add khova and mix nicely.
once the halwa has done transfer to another bowl and garnish with cherries.
note:you can add pinch of salt in step 3 to enhance the sweetness.
