The most original flavor of ice-cream - Vanilla ice-cream.Loved by one and all.Tried to made it without eggs:)

  • 1/2 liter whole milk(unboiled/raw)
  • 250 gram powdered sugar
  • 5 tea spoon cornflour
  • 5 tea spoon GMS powder(smoothner)
  • Pinch of CMS powder(stabilizer)
  • 100 gram fresh cream

In a heavy bottom pan mix everything,except cream.Bring to boil by constantly stirring,cool it.


Pour in a plastic container and cover with lid.Keep in deep freezer for 4-6 hrs.Chop n beat the base for 15 minutes.


Add the fresh cream and vanilla essence and beat for 5 minutes.Keep in mind that after beating,the base will double in volumeAgain pour in two containers n keep in deep freezer for 4-5 hrs.


Diabetics can use sugar free:)

hi yogita ,you have to add 1 teaspoon of good quality vanilla essence :)
