Actually ,cooking is what we can mix and match and the final product must be not only attractive but has to be tasty and healthy too.This cake is one of my innovation,which is very light and healthy as it is served with lots n lots of fresh fruits:)
Preheat steamer for 7-10 minutes.In a deep vessel add all ingredients an mix with hand blender.
Transfer immediately to the greased cake tin (or use parchment paper to avoid from sticking on the bottom).
Cook in the preheated steamer for 35-40 minutes or till knife come clean in the center.
Cool and top with whipped cream and arrange fresh fruits.....serve chilled:)
Note:
if you wish you can bake in the preheated oven @ 180 degree C for 30-35 minutes or till knife come clean in the center.
i had left over idli batter in ma fridge n a sudden guest arrived ,who has sweet tooth and this dish was born,but he really loved it ,so thought to share it with u all guys:)
