Ingredients Eggs 5
Onion chopped 1
Tomato diced 1
Red bell pepper chopped 1
Yellow bell pepper chopped 1
Turmeric pwd 1 tsp
Red chilli pwd to taste
Cumin pwd 2 tsp
Coriander pwd 2 tsp
Garam masala pwd 1 tsp
Coriander /cilantro(for garnishing)
Mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Olive Oil or any cooking oil for greasing
Method
Take a bowl break eggs add all ingredients except mozzarella cheese & cilantro leaves.preheat oven.@ 350 f ..now take a baking dish grease it with oil properly.now pour egg mixture in dish.on top add cilantro & cover with mozzarella cheese.bake for 20 -25 or till it baked properly.serve as an appetizers or eat as side with roti/paratha or rice.Enjoy !!! note:- adjust spices as per ur taste bud
