Whole wheat soft Dough (adding salt & oil)
For fillings
Sattu (Roasted channa) 1 cup
Onion chopped -1 medium
Mustard oil /pickle oil-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1-2 tsp (adjust per taste)
Kalonji (nigella seeds)
Ajwain (carom seeds)
Grated ginger
Chopped garlic
Chopped cilantro
red chilli pickle or mango pickle masala (optional)
Add little bit water (it will help fillings to mix properly)
Method
.
Adjust ingredients as requirements.preheat oven 180 c/350f.now divide dough & do fillings as we do normally for kachori.now put that kachori on baking tray and baked turning both side in btw till it cooked properly.
to make it crisp (apply little bit oil both side). put on broil mode for 2-3 min turning both side.Serve with choice of chutney wid raw onion (optional)
