  • Whole wheat soft Dough (adding salt & oil)

  • Sattu (Roasted channa) 1 cup
  • Onion chopped -1 medium
  • Mustard oil /pickle oil-2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tsp (adjust per taste)
  • Kalonji (nigella seeds)
  • Ajwain (carom seeds)
  • Grated ginger
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped cilantro
  • red chilli pickle or mango pickle masala (optional)
  • Add little bit water (it will help fillings to mix properly)

  • Adjust ingredients as requirements.preheat oven 180 c/ divide dough & do fillings as we do normally for put that kachori on baking tray and baked turning both side in btw till it cooked properly.
  • to make it crisp (apply little bit oil both side). put on broil mode for 2-3 min turning both side.Serve with choice of chutney wid raw onion (optional)
