crunchy yet soft-centered & Cheesy

Ingredients
  • 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 3/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels,crushed coarsely
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 3/4 to 1 tbsp grated processed cheese
  • salt to taste
  • For the coating
  • cup plain flour (maida)
  • bread crumbs
Method
1.

Add the potatoes,corn, celery, green chillies, cheese and salt and mix well.
Divide the mixture them into even sized balls

2.

Mix flour with water to make a thin paste. Dip the corn balls into the paste.
Roll into the breadcrumbs in such a way that they coat the corn balls completely

3.

Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the balls in it till they are golden brown.Serve with any Sauce/ Chutney
