I m a chocoholic and tried to include it in everything i fancy,this one is such a innovative dish only.Hope u will love it guys,if u love chocolates:)

Ingredients
  • 500 grams Milk Solids
  • 100 grams Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soda Bi-carbonate
  • 4 tablespoons Icing Sugar / sugar free powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 table spoon drinking chocolate powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pure Ghee for frying
  • Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • Paper Cups
Method
1.

Mix all ingredients except ghee and dark chocolate and knead well to make a soft dough.Divide the dough in equal portions and make round balls.

Heat ghee in a kadai and deep fry on medium heat.Temperature should not be very high or else the jamuns will remain uncooked from inside.

Serve chilled or on room temperature.Dish is freezable,if remain;like mine;finished as soon as i made,only 3 pieces remain to click the pic:D

Drain when evenly cooked and dark brown in color and transfer to the tissue paper.Dip in the melted Dark chocolate and place on paper cups and keep in refrigerator for 7-8 minutes.

dark chocolate is good for your heart,acts as an anti-depressant,reduce blood pressure,reduce ldl cholesterol (the bad cholesterol,so i thought that why not add this wonder food in our regular meal:)
