Ice cream and mangoes are loved by all, so here is a little twist to regular ice cream. I have used Curd, as it contains healthy bacteria and can be digested by the lactose intolerant people also.
Blend mangoes and sugar together, until it becomes puree.
Mix yogurt with mango puree.
Whisk non dairy whipping cream until stiff and fold into the mango mixture.
Add in mango emulsion and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a container and freeze overnight or until its firm.
