Ice cream and mangoes are loved by all, so here is a little twist to regular ice cream. I have used Curd, as it contains healthy bacteria and can be digested by the lactose intolerant people also.

Ingredients
  • > 300 grams fresh mango pulp
  • > 100 grams granulated sugar
  • > 100 grams plain yogurt
  • > 200 grams non dairy whipping cream
  • > 1 teaspoon mango emulsion
Method
1.

Blend mangoes and sugar together, until it becomes puree.

2.

Mix yogurt with mango puree.

3.

Whisk non dairy whipping cream until stiff and fold into the mango mixture.

4.

Add in mango emulsion and mix thoroughly.

5.

Pour into a container and freeze overnight or until its firm.

Hi Nayana,Emulsion is the mixture of food color and essence.It is easily available in any super market.You can use yellow food color and mango essence instead of emulsion or you can totally avoid it ,taste and flavor of ice cream, will not be going to change.
