This great tasting smoothie is packed full of nutrition. It’s especially high in fiber, vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. The yogurt contributes acidophilus, to keep your intestinal flora healthy. Using yogurt, instead of milk makes this a easily digestible to lactose intolertant also:)

  • Prep time:
  • Yields: serves two
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, diced
  • 1 golden kiwifruit scooped
  • 1-2 handful frozen strawberries or mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Add all ingredients to a blender or smoothie maker. Blend well.Pour in glasses and serve chilled....:)


It"s better if you chill the fruits and even serving glasses in advance.
