In Mexican cuisine, pico de gallo (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈpiko ðe ˈɣaʎo], rooster's beak), also called salsa fresca, is a fresh, uncooked condiment made from chopped tomato, white onion, and chilis (typically jalapeños or serranos). Other ingredients may also be added, such as lime juice or apple cider vinegar, fresh cilantro (coriander leaf), cucumber, radish or firm fruit such as mango.

Ingredients
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • 3 green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
Method
1.

cut tomatoes in small pieces

2.

now take them in a bowl

3.

cut onion into small pieces

4.

cut chillies and coriander leaves and take it in a bowl

5.

now mix all of them and sprinkle some salt on it.

6.

you can serve them with fried tortillas
