Breakfast (literally meaning "breaking the fast" of the night) is the first meal taken after rising from a night's sleep, most often eaten in the early morning before undertaking the day's work.We must start our DAY with healthy break fast,but today"s life is so much fast , we don"t have time for a lavish break fast spread,so why not mix and match every thing in one go:)
In a blender add everything, except museli.Blend till smooth,add 1/4 cup museli,mix all.
Pour into the glass and garnish with 1 tsp museli.Serve immediately,i prefer to drink this smoothie with spoon.
When along with smoothie crunchy museli come in mouth it taste divine:)
Note: Vegans can use soy milk instead of regular one.
my work,i m into fitness job,don"t have so much time for myself in the morning to sit and have gr8 breakfast spread,so for so many times , this smoothie make my day:)if wish can change fruits.
