Breakfast (literally meaning "breaking the fast" of the night) is the first meal taken after rising from a night's sleep, most often eaten in the early morning before undertaking the day's work.We must start our DAY with healthy break fast,but today"s life is so much fast , we don"t have time for a lavish break fast spread,so why not mix and match every thing in one go:)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk / skimmed milk (chilled)
  • 2 fully ripe black plums (cored and chopped)
  • 1 chikoo / sapota ( peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey / sugar / sugar free(acc. to taste)
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tsp dry fruit museli
  • Ice cubes
Method
1.

In a blender add everything, except museli.Blend till smooth,add 1/4 cup museli,mix all.

2.

Pour into the glass and garnish with 1 tsp museli.Serve immediately,i prefer to drink this smoothie with spoon.

When along with smoothie crunchy museli come in mouth it taste divine:)
Note: Vegans can use soy milk instead of regular one.
