Actually fruity bread is one thing can be taken any time along with any thing tea,coffee or milk shakes.Cherries goes well with bread and are rich source of vitamin C and fibre.It helps to protect the heart and prevent cardiovascular disease,have better blood sugar and insulin control,hence good for diabetes.

Ingredients
  • 200 gram all purpose flour
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chilled milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed Maraschino Cherries with Juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda-bi-carbonate
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Method
1.

In a bowl shift all purpose flour,baking powder and soda-bi-carb.In another bowl mix condensed milk,butter,crushed cherries and whisk.

2.

Slowly add milk and shifted things one by one .Mix with spatula by cut and fold method,add essence.

3.

Pour in a greased loaf tin and bake in a pre heated oven @ 180 degree for 30 minutes or till brown on sides.

4.

Give 10 minutes standing time and demould the bread.Slice the bread and serve...:)

cakes and breads are my weakness,i found some left over canned cherries in my fridge and wanted to finish it off,so opted for this bread:)

reasons r same like u....to use sum leftover cherries.....:D:D:D:D.....n it was very moist....thnx:D....
