Kiwi Fruit Muffins is a very popular recipe.An exceptionally appealing and tasty fruit muffin recipe with muffins filled with little bit tangy flavor of Kiwi:)

  • Yields: 10-12 muffins-small size
  • 200 gram milk maid
  • 60 gram butter
  • 140 gram all purpose flour
  • 2 no. kiwi fruit ( peeled and chopped)
  • 1-1/2 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon soda
  • 50 ml water

In a large bowl,whisk condensed milk , butter and kiwi together.


Shift flour,soda a baking powder together for 3 times and keep aside.


Add shifted material to wet mixtureand add water and whisk.


Arrange paper cups in muffin mould and spoon the batter up to 3/4,as muffins may rise.


In a preheated oven bake the muffins,for 35 minutes @ 180 degree C.


Cool on wire rack for 10-15 minutes,your muffins are ready to serve:)

Hi, Narayani, add the butter in the first step,sorry i forgot to mention.And yes you can use any thing to whisk,but keep in mind that manually it require more time than electric one,thanks again:)

Hey! One of the ingredients is butter but it is not mentioned in the method. Do we have to whisk it with the condensed milk and kiwis? And one more thing, should we use a electric mixer or whisk manually?
