Rasmalai is a traditional sweet ,made from rasgullas and milk,rabdi making is little bit a time consuming job,so for Sunday brunch I made it"s instant version:)

  • Yields: serves 2-3 person
  • For Rabadi:
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pineapple emulsion
  • For Rasgullas:
  • 3 slice of pineapple flavored bread or cake (cut in very small round,by biscuit cutter or small cap of any bottle)
  • pineapple jam as required
  • For garnish:
  • few cashew nuts
  • strawberry crush

For Rabadi:Blend all ingredients and chill till use.


For Rasgulla:Apply about 1/4 teaspoon of pineapple jam on one coin of bread and cover with another piece of bread.


In a serving bowl arrange the bread slices,pour chilled rabadi over it and garnish.......serve immediately......no need to wait any more;)
