  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Besan (chick pea flour) - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Pistachios - for garnishing
  • Sliver leaf - for garnishing (optional)
  • Ghee - shallow fry
Method
1.

In a pan mix water and sugar and bring to boil or until sugar dissolves.
Mix wheat flour and besan and add sugar syrup slowly and mix all
together keep batter at a side for atleast 1 hour then heat a frying pan add ghee and let the ghee get melted then
pour the batter and shallow fry the pancakes in ghee and cook on both
sides. Garnish with chopped pistachios and sliver leaf. Serve hot or cold.
