I love baking and when it is combined with fruits or veggies,it tastes and smells divine.We have to consume at least 3-4 servings of fruits a day but in our busy life it"s rarely possible,hence try to add more and more seasonal fruits to my dishes:)

  • Yields: 10-12 small size
Ingredients
  • 100 gm rolled oats (toasted and powdered)
  • 50 gm wheat flour
  • 100 gm ripe peach (pureed)
  • 150 gm condensed milk
  • 100 ml milk
  • 5o ml. veg oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp soda-bi-carb
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
1.

Preheat oven for 10 minutes @ 180 degree C.Line cup cake molds with paper cups.

In a bowl add wet ingredients one by one and whisk.Whisk smoothly,fold first wheat flour and than oats.

3.

Spoon in a prepared mold,up to 3/4.In a preheated oven bake for 15-17 minutes @ 180 degree C.

4.

Cool on wire rack than transfer to air tight box.Serve hot with tea , coffee or as it is.
