Very easy to make Rice item that my mother in law used to make.it's flavour is rich and my hubby's favourite!!!

Ingredients
  • 200ml Coconut milk
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 1 elachi
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric(optional)
  • salt to tast
Method
1.

Dilute the coconut milk with water ensuring the measurement equal to 4 cups.

2.

wash rice and add the coconut milk to it along with the said spices.

3.

add salt to taste and place the rice mixture in a pressure cooker(upto 2 whistles) or electric rice cooker and cook until rice is done.

4.

serve hot with gravies of your choice or with any raitha.
