A wafer thin semi sweet fried munchies,can be packed in lunch box,carried to picnics or just substitute it with your favourite potato chips:)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tea spoon semolina
  • 1 table spoon sesame seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • jaggery water as needed (boil and strained jaggery with water)
  • oil for frying
Method
1.

in a large bowl add flour,semolina,salt,sesame seedsand mix well.By using jaggery water make stiff dough.

Rest the dough for 5-7 minutes and make very small balls,roll in small waffer thin puris.make holes with fork,so it will not be able to puff up.

In a kadai/wok heat oil and on a moderate flame fry papadis.Can be stored for 15 days on self,but if remain:D

Note:
you can make savory papadies,just add dry kasoori methi crushed or dry mint powder,salt,crushed red chillies or pepper corn,little bit of oil and make stff dough with plain water.Other proceedure is same.Happy Cooking:)
