It is a savory item ,made with left over chapattis and some veggies ,very quick and easy,good for tiffin or morning breakfast or evening snacks:)

  • Yields: serves 1-2 person
Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely torn wheat chapattis (do with hand)
  • For tempering:
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Few curry leaves torned by hand
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped / as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander
  • For Garnish:
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Sev bhujiya
  • masala peanut
  • sesame seeds
Method
1.

In a pan heat oil and add ingredients under tempering one by one and saute,for 3 minutes.

Add torned chapatti and mix well,garnish and serve hot......:)

Note:You can use any flat bread or white or brown bread.
You can also add any veggies or paneer.
Can garnish with grated cheese and micro till ,cheese melts.
If using white or brown bread,then do sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of milk over it in the end and mix well.

i love this dish since childhood,ma mom use to make,actually sometimes,she was purposely making extra chapattis for this item.....i made it today for breakfast,so shared with u all:)
