This is a regular lady finger recipe,but I avoided too much spices and added white sesame seeds.This is a fibre , calcium,probiotics and mineral rich dish..Thus very healthy and good for cancer , constipation ,diabetes reduce manstrual trouble and so on :)
Wash , pat dry and slit the lady fingers,length wise.In a pan heat oil and add tempering,when it splutter add ladyfingers,turmeric,salt and spat for 3 minutes.Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes , in between stir it.
Add dry spices,sesame seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes.Put off the gas when done and sprinkle lemon juice.Serve hot with rice or phulka..:)
my mom makes it atleast once a week but i avoided spices, added by her and kept it very light:)
