For Filling:
In a pan, heat oil,add onion and saute,add all veggies and saute.Add all sauces and spices and salt and mix well.Cool and keep aside.
For Cover:
In a large bowl add ingredients and make parantha like dough.Cover and rest the dough for about 20 minutes.
For Rolls:
Roll thin chapattis and spoon stuffing and roll it .(use maida paste if required to seal the edges).
Fry in a hot oil till golden or bake in the oven.
