Fresh corn-on-the-cob is a any time favorite, and its often a welcome guest at picnics, low-country boils, and cookouts. In fact, many people eat this treat all year, or whenever they can get it!

Ingredients
  • 2 large cobs of corn
  • 1 lemon"s juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder(roasted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon crushed pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
Method
1.

Mix all ingredients except corn and refrigerate.

Grill corn and apply dressing as much required.

3.

Enjoy hot corn on cob as healthy snacks:)
