A very famous,Indian sweet dish,made and savored on any occasion or time ..m loving it..:))))))))))))))

  • Yields: make 10-12 small size
  • 4 cup gram flour (flour must be little coarse)(besan)
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup mix dry fruits (chopped)
  • For Garnish:
  • unsalted pistachios (chopped)

Heat the ghee in a pan,add the gram flour and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till golden brown.


Once it is browned, let it cool,add sugar and cardamom powder;mix well.


Add chopped nuts and shape into ladoos and garnish with pistachios.


NOTE: You can store this ladoos for a month on self, in a air tight jar.
