I think that,cooking is a experiment.....turn nice or go wrong:)
I had brought cones for ice cream.....remained untouched...thought to use it in some way.....have some left over boiled sprouts and potatoes,so used all in one creation:)

  • Yields: serves 2 person
  • 2 ice cream cone
  • 1/4 cup potato (boiled and mash)
  • 1/4 cup mix sprout (boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chilli chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • Green chutney as needed
  • Tomato ketchup as needed
  • Masala sing (peanut)as needed
  • Naylon sev as needed
  • Coriander (fresh-chopped)

Mix butter and garlic chilli chutney and apply inside the cones,as it will gave taste to the ice cream and prevent the cones to become soggy.


Mix sprouts,salt,amchoor powder,crushed pepper and spoon 1-1 tablespoon in each cone.


Mix potatoes,salt,sugar,chat masala,red chilli powder and spoon ,1-1 tablespoon in each cone over sprouts.


Apply green chutney and ketchup over potato filling and garnish with sev,peanuts and coriander leaves.


Serve immediately (or it will become soggy)with extra chutney on the side......:)


You can add any stuffing of your choice.
