Ingredients

  • For Cover:
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Chilled water as needed
  • For Filling:
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup red-yellow-green pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup spring onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup onion greens (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli paste / as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli (chopped) / as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
  • salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • all purpose flour +water paste,as needed
Method
1.

For Filling:
In a pan, heat oil,add onion and saute,add all veggies and saute.Add all sauces and spices and salt and mix well.Cool and keep aside.

For Cover:

In a large bowl add ingredients and make parantha like dough.Cover and rest the dough for about 20 minutes.

3.

For Rolls:
Roll thin chapattis and spoon stuffing and roll it .(use maida paste if required to seal the edges).

Fry in a hot oil till golden or bake in the oven.

4.

Serve hot with ketchup or sweet chilli sauce........njoyyyyyyyyy:)
