In a large bowl,mix well,sprinkle little water if needed to make normal chapatti dough.Apply 1 tsp oil and refrigerate for 15 mins.
Make small balls out of dough, and roll thin chapattis using dry flour.Don"t use too much flour,roast on a hot griddle by applying little bit of oil on both sides.Serve hot as it is or with ,salsa, ketchup or any dip u lilke........:)
Note:
Can not be stored on self for more than 24 hrs,like other theplas , as it contains sauces,BUT can be refrigerated for a week.Just bring to room temperature,cover in cheese cloth,sprinkle little water and microwave for 1 min.on medium temperature.
