  • Yields: serves 2-3 person
Ingredients
  • 2 cups quinoa flour
  • 1 cup oats flour
  • 1/2 cup amarnath flour
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion greens
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 2-3 finely chopped green chillies / as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Crushed pepper as per taste
  • fresh bottle gourd juice as required
  • olive oil as needed
Method
1.

In a large mixing bowl add everything ,except bottle gourd juice.By using bottle gourd juice knead the chapatti like dough,keep in refrigerator for 5-8 minutes.

2.

Apply little bit of oil and make small balls,roll out thick bhakaris and on a hot griddle roast all bhakaris by applying little bit of oil.

3.

Serve hot with curd,raita,veggies,salad,sauce,dip,tea,coffee or as it is....:)
Note:
Don"t avoid fat totally from your food,as good fat are must for the absorption of Vitamin A,D,E and K.

many of ma star clients wants to loose weight and also wants to keep the skin glow too,i suggest them this bhakari as their snacks,brunch or lunch along with curd and salad.you can add veggies and spices acc. 2 your choice but i again added veggies which helps in weight loss along with providing flavour:)

Hi! Sangeeta,I didn"t yet searched for it yet as one of my family friend had brought the Quioa flour and seeds for me , from UK.I think it may be available in Metro cities like Mumbai,Delhi:)
