Pomegranate juice is good for memory,inflamation,skin,heart,increase appetite n so on.we don"t have so much time in this fast life to have each and everything own it"s own,so i was always trying to include one or the other fruits in our daily diet n beleive me this combo of fruit n grain really tastes divine:)
In a large bowl,mix all ingredients,except oil and make normal parantha dough.
Make lemon size balls,roll small paranthas,by using dry flour.
On a hot tawa / griddle roast paranthas using little bit of oil.Serve hot with curd and mango chutney:)
Note:
Use the dough immediately.U can use butter instead of oil but ghee will not be going to taste nice.
