A very easy n healthy way to eat our fruits n veggies is Salads....this crunchy salad is good option for satisfying the hunger pang in between meals.....:)
For Salad Base:In a glass bowl mix all ingredients.
For Dressing:
In a small glass bottle mix all ingredients and shake.
Add dressing to the base,mix with 2 forks.
Transfer to fried rice papad(it"s optional,u can serve in any bowl too)and serve immediately or it will turn soggy....njoy.....:)
