Avocado helps in weight control, high nutritional density, source of major antioxidants n so on .It blends well with any fresh or dry herb n i like this more as i can have it even working on ma i pod ,n loose ma weight ,I m just kidding:D.But really a nice savory item.

  • Yields: serves 2-3 person
Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sorghum (jowar) flour
  • 1/2 cup avocado pulp
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk(chilled)/soy milk (for vegan)
  • 2-3 green chilli paste / as per taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Eno-Fruit-Salt
  • olive oil as needed
  • Water if needed
Method
1.

In a large bowl mix every thing,except oil.add water if needed to make pouring consistancy.(don"t keep for long after adding Eno or add Eno while making)

2.

On a hot griddle pour ladle ful of batter and make thick crepes.sprinkle oil from sides and cook covered from both the sides.(it will remain soft not the crispy one)

In plate arrange folded and pour any hot or cheese sauce or have as it is.I like it with ma Hot Expresso cofffee:)

again my bad habit of experimenting with fruits,actually i thought why to always make guacamole,with this versatile fruit,so just try my hand on this crepes hope all of u love it:)
