Another Christmas goodies from ma kity...A very instant and easy dish.....even a kid can make it:)

  • Yields: serves 2 person
Ingredients
  • 100 gram dark chocolate
  • 1oo ml low fat cream
  • 30 ml fresh pomegranate juice
  • 30 ml whipped non dairy cream
  • 1o ml strong coffee decotion
  • 20 grams walnut (roasted and crushed)
  • For Garnish:
  • Semi sweet Chocolate shavings
Method
1.

In a bowl add all ingredients and whisk in mix well,transfer to two medium size ceramic remekins and set in refrigerator for 5-7 min.

Garnish with semi sweet chocolate shavings...serve chilled....:)

The taste of pomegranate and toasted walnuts blend so well with dark chocolates......delectable....:)

NOTE: If wish can use fresh cranberry or strawberry juice;instead of pomegranate juice,it also goes well with it.

NOTE: You can substitute walnuts with toasted almonds;as chocolate-almond combo is also,very good.

NOTE:Now for VEGANS,they can either omit fresh cream and use non dairy cream in increased amount or can substitute it with coconut cream...i think it tastes wonderful...:)

it's more than wishful thinking — chocolate can be good for you. studies show that eating chocolate, primarily dark chocolate, may contribute to improved cardiovascular health. packed with natural antioxidants, dark chocolate and cocoa sit in the same good-for-you category as green tea and blueberries. and research has also shown that ,the pomegranate fruit juice may play a role in reducing the risk of cancer, reducing serum cholesterol, and protecting arteries from clogging,so i think it"s a real bliss 2 mix both goodies and make something that is loved by one and all.and yes friends i used low fat fresh cream to this dish in equal amount.....though it"s fattening but as it"s for festive season one can consume the small portion of dessert if not whole...:d
