A very easy n healthy way to eat our fruits n veggies is Salads....this crunchy salad is good option for satisfying the hunger pang in between meals.....:)

  • Yields: serves 2 person
  • For Salad Base:
  • 1 pear (cored and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon onion greens (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanut (roasted)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • For Dressing:
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 green chilli (chopped)/ as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes / as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • For Serving:
  • Rice papad (fried)
  • For Garnish:
  • Pears (sliced)

For Salad Base:In a glass bowl mix all ingredients.


For Dressing:
In a small glass bottle mix all ingredients and shake.


Add dressing to the base,mix with 2 forks.


Transfer to fried rice papad(it"s optional,u can serve in any bowl too)and serve immediately or it will turn soggy....njoy.....:)
