In a large mixing bowl add everything ,except bottle gourd juice.By using bottle gourd juice knead the chapatti like dough,keep in refrigerator for 5-8 minutes.
Apply little bit of oil and make small balls,roll out thick bhakaris and on a hot griddle roast all bhakaris by applying little bit of oil.
Serve hot with curd,raita,veggies,salad,sauce,dip,tea,coffee or as it is....:)
Note:
Don"t avoid fat totally from your food,as good fat are must for the absorption of Vitamin A,D,E and K.
many of ma star clients wants to loose weight and also wants to keep the skin glow too,i suggest them this bhakari as their snacks,brunch or lunch along with curd and salad.you can add veggies and spices acc. 2 your choice but i again added veggies which helps in weight loss along with providing flavour:)
