Hi, I tried making your farali pizza. I would just like to make a few suggestions. First of all, 10 minutes cooking time is not nearly enough. The pizza was soft, raw, and undercooked. Secondly, I would suggest baking the pizza base on its own first for at least 15 minutes, then taking it out, letting it cool, and adding the sauce, cheese, and toppings, then baking for another 10 minutes. Also, the oven temperature you gave was too low.The oven should be pre-heated and the pizza cooked at 215 C. When I tried the pizza with these few tweaks, it made a huge difference. Best wishes!
