Pomegranate juice is good for memory,inflamation,skin,heart,increase appetite n so on.we don"t have so much time in this fast life to have each and everything own it"s own,so i was always trying to include one or the other fruits in our daily diet n beleive me this combo of fruit n grain really tastes divine:)

  • Yields: serves 3-4 person
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup chestnut flour(singhada atta)
  • 1/2 cup amarnath flour(Rajgeera atta)
  • 1/4 cup oats flour / Quinoa flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tea spoon nigella / onion seeds(Kalonji)
  • 1 table spoon chat masala
  • 1 tea spoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper / as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • water as needed(chilled)
  • oil as needed
  • dry amarnath flour for dusting
Method
1.

In a large bowl,mix all ingredients,except oil and make normal parantha dough.

Make lemon size balls,roll small paranthas,by using dry flour.

3.

On a hot tawa / griddle roast paranthas using little bit of oil.Serve hot with curd and mango chutney:)

Note:
Use the dough immediately.U can use butter instead of oil but ghee will not be going to taste nice.
