Wash and coarsely chop the strawberries.
Add it to the blender along with the yogurt. Refer the tips section for other options other than greek yogurt.
Blend it. Give it a taste and add sugar as needed. Though my strawberries were very sweet. cos of yogurt I added around a heaped 2 tbsp powdered cane sugar along with a little vanilla extract.
Pulse it again few times until well blended. Now pour this into the popsicle mould.
Depending on the size of your mould, you might need less or more of the mixture. Increasing it as simple as adding a little more yogurt/strawberries and blending it.
Now freeze this mixture overnight/ about 8 hours.
Its very easy to remove it from the mould. Simply run it under room temperature/warm water for few seconds and you should be able to remove it easily.
Your popsicle is ready to enjoy!
