Hull and chop your strawberries in coarse chunks.
Add the sugar along with vanilla extract and let it sit for 30 minutes.
You can alternatively freeze it for up to an hour. You can make it right-away as well if short on time, but I find letting it sit in the freezer makes the milkshake taste even better with strawberries absorbing the full flavor.
Blend the strawberries along with the juice and milk until smooth.
Add the milk powder if using. Blend until combined.
Next comes the best part of this milkshake - the ice cream. Take my suggestion - forget the suggested amount; just add as per taste. Err, I might have gone a little overboard myself!
Add it to the blender. You can alternatively stir it with your hand in case it gets stuck. Or use a little more milk until everything combines well. Its ready to serve.
